Villa San Pietro Bed and Breakfast near lake Garda
Perfect for your holidays near lake Garda, Verona, Mantua, and Venise, Villa San Pietro is a
family run bed and breakfast located in a peaceful setting in a charming medieval village,
Montichiari, 12 km. from Desenzano on Lake Garda. The house has always been in our family.
My husband and I shall be delighted to welcome you in our comfortable rooms with ensuite
bathrooms, air conditioning in the summer and central heating in winter.
Each room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Also available for the guests:
- internet connection in the breakfast room with free laptop on request and wifi in the garden
- private covered parking - ping pong on site
- two living rooms with original frescoes from the 16th century
- a secluded garden with deck chairs and tables, a fish pond with ducks, a little farm with rabbits
- close to the Montichiari covered Velodrome ( international bike races)
- communal tennis courts, Olympic size pools ( outdoor and indoor) 2 minutes walking distance
- beautiful golf courses at 10,15, and 20 miles

Per i nostri ospiti italiani.....
Il bed and breakfast Villa San Pietro è a conduzione familiare, si trova nel centro di Montichiari
vicino alla Basilica, a 12 km dal lago di Garda.
Questa casa del 1600 è sempre appartenuta alla famiglia del mio papà e io e mio marito la
abbiamo ristrutturata con tanta cura preservandone il carattere originale.
Saremo lieti di ospitarvi nelle nostre camere, tutte spaziose, arredate con mobili antichi di
famiglia, col bagno privato in camera, set per la preparazione del tè e del caffè, riscaldamento
centrale nei mesi invernali e aria condizionata in estate.
La colazione è servita in una delle sale affrescate dove mettiamo anche a disposizione un laptop e
connessione internet gratis.
A vostra disposizione anche un grande giardino interno con stagno, un loggiato ove potrete
rilassarvi e godervi un buon libro, sdraio, ping pong e un gazebo dove potrete stare nei caldi mesi
estivi. Parcheggio interno coperto e privato.
