Double with single occupancy: from € 70 - € 80 per day (breakfast included for
1 person)
Double € 90 - € 110 per day (breakfast included for 2 people)
Each extra bed with breakfast: additional 10-20 €
IMPORTANT: each room is different, it is a HOME, not an hotel! Some
rooms are larger and will be used for families when needed. We will be happy
to give a couple a larger room, but if needed, the larger rooms will be given to
families.
ONCE THE STAY IS STARTED, TOTAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.
BOOKING INFORMATION
To book a room(s), we ask for your full address, phone number, credit card
number, and the credit card's expiration date.
One third of the full amount is a non refundable down payment, and you will
be charged this amount upon booking.
Upon booking, it is mandatory to give an approximate time of arrival.
Should you need to cancel your reservation:
If cancellation is more than 1 month before, only your down payment is kept.
If cancellation is 30 to 15 days before arrival, 50% is charged.
If cancellation is from 15 days to the date of arrival, 100% is due.
