is a family run bed and breakfast located in a peaceful setting in a charming medieval village,
Montichiari, 12 km from Desenzano on lake Garda.

The owners, Anna and Jacques, will be delighted to welcome you in very comfortable rooms with
ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning units in the summer and central heating in the winter months.
Each room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Also available to the guests:

- internet connection and a small laptop on request

- private covered parking - ping pong on site

- two living rooms with original frescoes from the 16th century

- a secluded garden with deck chairs and tables, a fish pond with ducks, a little farm with dwarf
rabbits

- close to the Montichiari covered Velodrome ( international bike races)

- a marbled column loggia where to sit and relax

- communal  tennis courts, Olympic size pools ( outdoor and indoor) 2 minutes walking distance
from the   Villa

- beautiful golf courses at 10,15, and 20 miles
